When you say “regulars only” is that a regular (VIP?) on SA,
I would say yes. cuz the only way to join in VIP groups is https://www.sugarasian.org/knowledgebase/514 .

yes, also ok. due to some reasons, some people cannot register in SA; but their numbers should be saved in our encrypted contacts. If they are in our contacts,they will also be considered to regulars
