I have been seeing Helen and Fenger (Xiao Feng) frequently visiting HS - Thousand Oaks location. I was able to see Fenger and I seemed to like her. But I wasn't able to see Helen. If anyone has seen her, can you please describe your experience and her looks, level of service, etc.?
